Dedicated for World Tiger's Day on 29th July.

This masterpiece by William Blake undoubtedly immortalises the most beautiful creation of God. Indeed our future generation might be deprived to catch a glimpse of these majestic beauties, roaring in the wilderness or clicking these royal entities.

We as humans rejoice every triumphant moment in specific and varied fields but have we contemplated on the fact that the very harmony of eco system is real essence of mankind and what efforts are we pouring in, to keep a balance?

Last week I was fortunate to be a part of the “AircelSaveourTigers” event   orgainised by aricel an initiative by AircelSaveourTigers and NDTV at  Yauatcha-Ambience-Mall-Vasant-Kunj-New Delhi

There were speakers who effortlessly launched the first Tiger apps here in the event "Tigojis". The tiger project was  which are being handled by many are real efforts of many institutions, NGO's, private organsations and wild life habitats.The event depicted  how Bandipur National Park and Aircel CSR team have united hands in hands, incoporating different ways to conserve the royal beasts. The presentations and speeches were eye openers for us who admire beauty of these beauties but hardly contemplate of how to preserve them. Severel steps have been incorporated. Poaching has been strictly prohibited . Schools have been connected to speard awareness and students  are actively participating  to speard awareness through their projects and research work. The entire event spoke of various methods and steps to conserve our national treasure.

The app  “Tigoji”  can be easlily downloaded and this surely would create a lot of awareness among young people atleast sending a sticker could tickle some thoughts. We all know modern times is all about fondling with  our device and the best way we can utilise it is  by downloading these fun tiger emotions. It’s great to send a friend  "Tigoji" for your happy or sad expression; it’s actually creating awareness through these small gestures.

.The event had special quiz round.I must admit my knowledge  about Tiger's really had a brush up, that's creating awareness.Children from schools were invited and it was a heartfelt experience to hear these small students working hard in their own respective way to conserve Tiger.Why not we? If each one of us take this simple initiative of saving some of our best species, we can fight their extinction.

How can we do it in our own way. Some simple steps-

• Let’s come alive through social networking sites and spread the awareness.Their illegal poaching, their lowering population, their health, their hazards are causing their extinction.
• Donate a minimum amount  from your saving  for the great cause. You could also adopt.It’s always a great attempt to bestow something valuable for our future generation
• Speaking and enlightening about Tiger, their well being, the way they can be saved from extintiction, the best possible methods of saving them, contribution of NGO’s, wild life sanctuary and individual attempt
• Let’s plan a trip to the Tiger reserve this holiday, let’s just amaze our eyes, and treat our senses with these beauties
• It’s a heritage that India boasts of these majestic species, we are the fortunate ones and so let’s join hands in preserving them, saving them and making our next generation take pride. 
• Let us create awareness among students, make them read more about these beauties, their conservation.

Lets pledge for a better role play in saving Tigers. 29^th July being “World Tiger Day” lets promise, lets pledge, lets save the majestic roar, lets rejoice with  their glory, not merely keep them in our books and Poetry but watch them with their moves in the jungle and take the pride with our next generations.

For each of us our life remains the most precious posession. God is living, God is in living beings. Earth is God, the colour it has simply makes us celebrate, rejoice and breathe.

We make claims every day for a better Earth. Let's spawn our own story of a "Green Earth", splurging green all over it's body, enamelling it with hues of the shade. Environmental conservation and development has the core capacity   to sustain the demands of modern day and preserve the resource for our next generation, preserving our treasure box in a better way, in a glorious way. The need to develop technology which can help in the conservation of environment and enrich the greener experience in a better way is  call of the day.

The whole challenge to create and preserve methods to sustain the balance and nourish it in a better way is being researched each day by social entrepreneurs. These are being adapted to furnish business and social needs.

MY DREAM HOUSE

• Innovation-A new green revolution marks Indian prosperity or rather Indian affluence in its real sense. The green building revolution would make India a greener zone with green buildings. The special endeavour encompasses the very usage of non-toxic materials such as solar panels, wind turbines, rain water harvesting. They would help in energy conservation. The number would rise from 2,204 to 1 lac by 2025.

GREEN BUILDING REVOLUTION

• My Green Revolution- I live in a typical urban setting, my lame excuses speak about the hindrances which I have with regards to make the world a better place, a greener place, a perfect living ground. I don’t have time, my space does not breathe an air of “space”, and my confined zone is too finite to bring a Green revolution. But  writing about this topic, researching on the same and contemplating on the subject made me realise even in my own way, I can dower for the cause, let us  all do it.

LITTLE MORSELS OF LIFE

The little balcony shimmered, the man who stood every day down staring at me with his shrubs, herbs and delicate delights couldn't hide his glimmer when I had purchased some 50 plants. I had made my brisk journey to my balcony space; I had this tiny zone of the unfettered territory where I could place each little gem. I tucked them carefully facing sunlight, bought suitable soil, and watered them every day till I saw the first bloom.The joy of breeding life in my lifeless concrete area cannot be fathomed through  words, I had fallen sick and gazing around for days from my bed beyond the confined zone was my daily chronicle, I abstractedly inhaled  real life juices from  the tiny delights planted by me, they blinked at me from the green patches, I smiled back. I had seen life growing each day, each moment into those little pots, the last leaf mended its way to a new one...life ushering was so beautiful, so heavenly, it vibrated the energy and eventually it smeared into my being, I had recovered, I had  captured life again!

LIFE OOZING OUT

• My Daughter’s Green Innovation-Though solar cars have already been intitiated but  my daughter has a dream to invent something which would help a car to utitilize minimum possible energy  but performance would be at par. Imaginations have wings too, may be some brainstorming and the real urge to do something would help her dreams come true... Let the sun do its wonders and we too, mainly these kind of cars solely take solar array.The PV cells would turn sunlight and therafter this would be converted to solar energy. Creating a solar car with its unique modules is her dream. Dreams come true!
  
  

SOLAR BATTERY CAR

•  Our Solar Revolution- Nature is so rewarding. We as humans can’t defy the fact that there is always profit and loss quotient ravaging our minds. Be it love, be it in the materialistic arena but what about nature? It's generosity knows no bound. Have you  seen a frugal hand of sun hesitating to bestow it's inherent aura? The solar rays are abundant, plenty, free. The best source of non-conventional source of energy is what sun gifts us. Solar energy has been consumed since ages. It is converted to  heat energy and thereafter to electricity. Different architectural structures and houses are making use of this energy in their best way. Through solar photovoltaic cells it is possible to covert solar radiation to DC electricity. It is also utilised in heating space in buildings. So when you install a solar roof you save electricity and thus we save some of the best things of nature.Save the earth, make it green, keep it just as it was. My pledge- 

• We as a family have stopped using plastic bags, cloth or jute bags have replaced our shopping spree.
• Reycling papers or cans is another practice.
• Buying atleast two varities of plants is a "must" on our monthly list
• Being  more compassionate about our surroundings and feeling every bit of their existence is like our prayers.

The tiny little room

Spoke a balanced tale

Of hopelessness and despair

Luxuries abound

That each things surround

Beyond the door

The eyes couldn’t restore

A single gem

My joys could tame

Curtains unveil

The ground still wet

A tiny leaf

Amidst many of them

I had planted

With lots of faith

When I was well

Now on my bed I still embark

On those tiny pods

The leaves look pale

But I knew they would make

To be again awake

Hope still lingered

Looking beyond my room

The green effect kept me awake

I dreamt of spring, dreamt of leaves

And I sprinkled water to make them alive

The bits of  withered leaf from the tiny shrub

Lay there

A fresh new born smiled at me

Green was thy colour

Let's all pledge rigt now to make this planet a "Green World" ...."Go Green" let's us all be  owners of a"Green Planet" and let all those Aliens from another world "Go Green" in envy!!!
