Review of "end of story?"

Review Of end of story?

I had the opportunity to read the Book “end of story?” by Arjun sekhar  and it enthralled me to the end of the story. The very Book had a tinge of unpredictability all through and that is what clutched me till the end... the end part had an unique climax or beginning of a new thought, just like some thrilling pot-boiler.

The very title and the cover speaks of an unknown, unconventional plot, dark pitches dominating apparently  yet hilariously humorous “end of  story?” is quite a story of its kind.

The main Protagonist who is a blend of different shades does have an unique appeal, a  news anchor who works for a current affairs channel. The story begins with a plot where Shukrat Ali faces a trial of murdering his own ex-boss, has a strained relationship with his wife and is a hard core liberal man with his own set of values.
Right from that high pitch drama, it literally takes us to completely another background of tribal Maharashtra setting to the plight of farmers in remotest areas of Maharashtra, their lifestyle, their inhibitions, their mysteries and their reality which is very interesting.
The story keeps up the pace with the reels moving from one end to the other and does not lose the grip of the actual plot, killing of his Boss. The readers get a whole new form of entertainment through this hide and seek.
The narrative style is catchy and few of the anecdotes are very aptly soaked in humour and wit. Bold narrative allegories were poignant and stimulating.
But the ultimate blow comes in the end which was just out of the box.
Loved the Book, the style of writing and the plot with its splendid sprinkle of suspense here and there, quite aptly scattered throughout the book which grips the readers to the “end of story”?
